On June 17, 2022, the graduation ceremony and degree conferment ceremony for the 2022 graduates of the School of Electrical Engineering was grandly held.

     Prof. Chen Weirong, Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Prof. Luo Qianchao, Secretary of the Party Committee, Prof. Wang Yi, Ms.Xie Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Prof. He Xiaoqiong, Prof. Xie Shaofeng, Prof. Hu Haitao, Prof. Chen Minwu, Deputy Deans and Class Tutors attended the ceremony. 

     On behalf of all the teachers of the School of Electrical Engineering, Prof. Huang Deqing, sent a farewell message to all the graduates. He highly praised the achievements of the students in the past four years. In the future, graduates should remember the spirit of Jiaotong University and will shine brightly in their respective positions.

     Graduate representatives from the 2018 class delivered speeches. In their speeches, they first expressed their high respect and heartfelt thanks to the teachers who worked hard to nurture them. The theme of the speech was "I grew up with Electric", recalling the experience of the past four years. At the end, four students shared their graduation plans and sent their best wishes to their classmates, teachers and school.

      Afterwards, Prof. Chen Weirong delivered a speech and extended warm congratulations to the 2022 graduates. He put forward three expectations to the graduates: First, strengthen belief and cultivate innovative thinking. Second, work hard and explore innovative paths. Third, be brave to open up and maintain the drive for innovation. He also said that the college will always be the strong backup of the students, and will always be the home of Jiaotong University Electric people.
