Recently, the seventh National Railway Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award was announced, jointly organized by the National Railway Youth League Committee, Ministry of Science and Information Technology, Ministry of Labor and Health, Sichuan-Tibet Railway Engineering Construction Command Office, China Railway Society and Railway Youth Development Donation Center.

    The project of Key Technology of Sliding Electrical Contact of High-speed Railway Pantograph-OCS System，designed by Prof. Wei Wenfu, Prof. Yang Zefeng and Prof. Guo Yujun  won the award in the field of "Application and Innovation Management".

     The 7th National Railway Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award is aimed at further studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on railroad independent innovation, further enhancing the independent innovation capability of railroad youth, continuously strengthening the transformation of innovation results, and guiding the youth to actively participate in the practice of technological innovation in the railroad industry.
