On November 19, Shen Mansheng, deputy chief engineer of China Railway Wuhan Electrification Bureau Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Wuhan Electrification Bureau) and his six colleagues visited National Rail Transit Electrification and Automation Engineering Technique Research Center (NEEC) and the School of Electrical Engineering.

   Zhu Xiao-hong, minister of Science and Technology Information Department of Wuhan Electrification Bureau, Chen Guo-li, Minister of Material and Equipment Department, Huang Min, general manager of The Mechanical Equipment Company, Liu Yang, vice president of the Design and Research Institute, and Liu Jian-qiang, chief engineer of the Operation and Maintenance Engineering Company. GaoShi-bin, director of NEEC, ChenWei-rong, dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Luo Qian-chao,Party Secretary of School of Electrical Engineering,He Xiao-qiong, deputy director of NEEC and other professors attended the meeting.

   Engineer Shen first visited NEEC laboratories, including Overhead Contact Network Lab, Wireless Transmission Lab, Robert Lab, Industrial Electronic Transformer Lab, etc.

    Dean Chen Wei-rong delivered a welcome speech. Deputy Director of He Xiao-qiong introduced the School of Electrical Engineering and NEEC. Vice Chief Engineer Shen reviewed the history and business of Wuhan Electrification Bureau and was eager to cooperate with SWJTU and NEEC.

   After a warm discussion, Dean Gao stated that both sides should further explore cooperative aspects in personnel training, enrollment and employment, project research, etc.
